As User Support Technician for our new generation of integrated management software, you will ensure telephone support and training of our customers so that they can make optimal use of our systems.
- Develop very good knowledge of our products in order to adequately respond to customer requests.
- Analyze and resolve customer problems, by phone, by email or in person when customers visit.
- Train new users.
- Manage and follow up on problems and requests in timely fashion.
- Work as part of a team.
- Perform other related tasks, as required.
- Be motivated, autonomous and customer-service oriented.
- 3 to 5 years experience.
- Experience as user of integrated management software within an organization: points of sale, inventory, procurement, sales, control systems, etc.
- Experience in accounting and/or information technology (IT) is an asset.
- Very good knowledge of French and English.
